TUFF TOE BOOT-LIFE GUARANTEE & PRODUCT WARRANTY

BOOT-LIFE GUARANTEE

The Boot-Life Guarantee is given to all those who have Tuff Toe applied to their boots by a Certified TCAP, which covers all material and application issues for the “usable life” of the boot, which is approx 80% life remaining or as determined by the TCAP.

The Boot-Life Guarantee covers all issues arising from the Tuff Toe material defects and the application of Tuff Toe.

If your boot falls under the guarantee, you will receive a reapplication or repair of the Tuff Toe at no cost by the TCAP, who originally applied the Tuff Toe for you.

If you had your boots Tuff Toe’d by a TCAP, then you must go through them for any warranty and guarantees.

Your TCAP will have more details for you, and all claims must be dealt with by the TCAP. If the product defect was the cause, then the TCAP must contact us directly for any claims.

Boots with less than 80% usable life do not qualify for any Tuff Toe warranties or guarantees outside of product defects. Boots without a safety toe (steel, composite, aluminum, or other OSHA approved toe protective material) do not qualify for the Boot-Life Guarantee unless approved by your TCAP.
